Hi everyone,We have recently migrated from on-premise Exchange to Office 365.Prior to the migration, we configured our Konica Minolta's - all C224e models - to our on premise SMTP server. On Konicas in the past I've gone into 365 set up a Connector on my 365 portal via the Mail Flow section in the Exchange settings. Added my external IP of premise where the printer is located.After that on the Konica, Server address as the MX record for the company, throw in an address no auth needed. Straight out on port 25. Never had any issues.Would always prefer to use auth and starttls but some of these older printers weren't supporting for some reason.
Had a brand new xerox that was working with Auth and starttls suddenly stop working - had a printer engineer here for 4 hours no joy. Changed it to go via the MX and a Connector works straight away.
Always a good backup method.
