Best way to earn the medals in this game is to have the character you want to earn a medal do pretty much most of the essential tasks in each mission level.Tips:-Don't let him get shot up and become M.I.A.-Dont let any in your team die. No man left behind.-Great accuracy is a must or else you'll run out of ammo. (40-60% accuracy for assualt and smg, at least 75% for snipers, and above 30 with Connors LMG).-Use said character and load him up with Jones's C4, Connors AT rockets, and some extra grenades and medpacs.

It has been said that you can only earn the final medals on Hard difficulty.I like to keep a well rounded squad, whether playing US Delta or SAS. Usually I get 3 medals for each character minimum before focusing on just one or two characters. This way they have two maxed out skills. Its also more fun to adapt a new fighting strategy to focus around a specific character. As much as I love mowing down enemies and steam rolling my way through a level, a really challenge is getting stealth kills.
