Fallout 4 Player Homes Mod
FO4 Fallout 4 mods and base game not working. 3 6 comments. Request Wednesday - All Requests go here! 3 9 comments. FO4 So, you're looking for a player home. Fallout 4 (self.FalloutMods) submitted 2 years ago by MoreLikeFalloutChore. Hello, everyone.

I have looked on Nexus, and have downloaded the basement one which looks promising, and I have the mod which gives the pristine pre-war home, but what I REALLY was hoping for, was something like the little bunker I have under the red rocket in Fallout3 - small, neat, food, storage and crafting to hand, comfy bed etc away from people and totally safe and companion friendly ( gotta have me eye-bots). I hoped the cave under Fallout4's red rocket might be the answer - but it isn't.there is only one page of player home mods in Nexus atm, so wondered if anyone might know of other mods elsewhere. Gosh, had a look - I think I have noticed similar or the same on Nexus - but they'm all houses - surface dwellings. I want a bunker, a hidey-hole. Did I try to build anything you ask.no, unless you count crafting one bed.
Fallout 4 Best Player Homes Mod
Not ever-so taken with this plonkin of furniture around the place, but I s'pose I will get used to it. Can I build my own player home then? But not a bunker. Thank you for the tip on PA, and noted, but I do not expect to be using PA. Horrible clunky stuff. Can't have little old ladies wandering around the wasteland - sorry, Commonwealth, in macho metal like that. I shall be in hidden mode and let my faithful eyebots take the flak while I shoot the nasties from the shadows - that'll work!!
'craftable power armour' mod is very unstable. I would not use that mod if I were you. It is referred to by 'scrap everything' which causes a reset bug to occur with power armour, (any x-01 you find will be reset to t-45), so don't use that either.
The authors are very transparent about their issues too, so it's not like they are trying to scam you or anything.IT PAYS TO READ Fail to read - then you suffer the consequences and then become another annoyance on the forums.Anyway, that said. I refer to Nexusmods for the following:If you want to build bunkers, you can use www.nexusmods.com.
Just bear in mind, however, that there appears to be certain issues with the bunkers, along with a couple of other things, it's still very much appearing to be a work-in-progress, but it provides you with a massive inventory of things you can build with, giving you more freedom to create your own thing. You will need to research into the pros and cons of Home Maker, and pretty much any other mod BEFORE you install them to your computer and have them imprint onto your game saves. (that's not neccessarily a big issue though). Just take the time to read thoroughly the descriptions, any links that you are given there, and also the bug reports and the posts tab.Additionally, there was a compatability patch required for this mod to work with settlement keywords, (a resource to manage keyword limits).
There are so many file uploads, it's hard to keep track of this mod without being a busy body over on the nexus forums and getting in on the chatter there. I believe the patch is now incorporated into the latest release, but you had better check first. If you still want something else; There is a mod that lets you build your own vault.
Homes In Fallout 4
Sylenth1 v3 full gratis free. This is pretty cool but just make sure you build neatly, or you may fall into 'oblivion' lol.www.nexusmods.comIf you are reading this and are like, wtf is he talking about, then I sincerely advise you to learn about this first, it will save you a lot of frustration and misery later on down the line, good luck! Originally posted by:I do recommend build your own vault, if it's just for you.
The complete vault is not navmeshed, which means NPCs will not walk in it. Same goes for the vault entrance. Will be fixed after CK release. Settlers will not be able to enter the vault anyway.
Sometimes the collision does not update correctly after placing a vault segment. You may teleport, find invisible walls or fall through the ground then. Some of the edited meshes do not have a 100% matching collisionToo much of a hastle.
Another suggestion, pawz, is to try building against the side of a slope. Oberland Station is a good place for that.If you look at what there is in the world, Home maker will usually have it available for you to use. There are some pretty beefy walls you can create to give you a very 'secure' militaristic feel, if you like. It also has a file that you can use, (if you haven't unlocked the Institute yet), that lets you build institute high tech looking environments. The essential point here really is that if you want something underground and pre-made, it's probably going to require the creation kit to allow authors to create those for you. But you should invest some time and effort into trying to create something yourself, it is fun once you get something good going:).
