CANCELLATION POLICYDue to the high demand for our stylists, Studio 4 Salon requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to reschedule a reservation, Studio 4 Salon requires 48 hours notice. Studio 4 Salon sends out confirmation emails 48 hours prior to the reservation to the email address provided upon booking, along with a reminder phone call reminder 24-48 hours prior to reservation if the reservation is not already confirmed.If 48 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed. No shows are included under this policy.Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services to be performed by that stylist.
